Keep writing

I started my Chinese blog in 2006. I love playing with it, like try different temples, learn how to write html code, add music and pictures into my blog etc.. I love sharing my experience with people that I know and people that I don’t know. I hope people can share my happiness by reading my articles. So far, I have 64,180 clicks and 834 followers.

There are a lot of people asked me the reason that I started a blog. At first, one of my friends said, “Could you register a blog with me?” And, I did without further thinking. I thought I will give up soon after my friend quitted, but I keep it until today.

A famous Chinese actress named Song Dandan wrote on her twitter, “I write this blog is actually for my son, my grandson, and my great grandson… Everyone will leave this world. If one day I left, you (my son) and your son wanna know more about me. You can just type my name on internet, and it will tell you everything about me. You are still young, and you may understand how much I love you one day. I’m not as excellent as people think, but the most excellent thing that I did is giving you a birth.” I almost cried after reading these sentences. As a not famous person, what can I left after I disappeared from this world? Blog might be a good choice.

It’s really fun to write a blog in English. I learned a lot of interesting web tools from my professor, such as mashup, visuwords and so on. If you ask me which one is my favorite post so far, I would say all of them. I wrote every single post using my heart. I may keep writing in the future, and hope there are more and more people can enjoy my writing.
