Wanna be a child forever

I have been studying abroad for around three years, and I only go back to China once or twice a year. I miss my hometown, my families, the food made by Mum and everything else you cannot have while you are far away from home.

I found a person who designs T-shirt in Lindale Mall. I went there and bought three T-shirts yesterday. The three words on these shirts are “Father” “Mother” and “Daughter”. I took a picture of these three shirts and shared it on my Chinese twitter and wrote down: “My dear Mum and Dad, wait for me! Once I go back home, let’s wear these shirts and travel together. Dad will wear ‘Father’, Mum will wear ‘Mother’, and I will wear ‘Daughter.” My Mum retweet it and made a comment, “It’s so sweet to have a daughter.”

There is website named visuwords which is really interesting. If you type in a word, then the website will provide some words which are related to the one that you typed in. I tried computer first, and it gives me tons of words. Then, I tried “hometown”, there is only one word showed up “town”. I start to think if I was the website, what kind of words that I can give that are related to “hometown”. Family? Food cooked by Mum? Friends? A place where you grew up? The definition of “hometown” is different from person to person. For me, where my families are, where my hometown is.

Only 24 days left. I will go back home and be a child. I like be showered by my parents love.
